Engineered so they can be manufactured without welding. Frames are cut from a sheet of .060 alminum. Screen is .034 expanded aluminum. Then hard anodized for a chip free tough finish!
CoxRacingroup produced its first Professional Damage ControlTM part, the Radiator Guard, for use on its racing team endurance bikes. Soon other teams, including Factory Yamaha and Corona Suzuki, noticed this innovation and asked for Guards to use on their bikes.
